Account Holders:
To become classed as an account holder with Zepfix.com you must either have:
a) Purchased products from this site previously.
or
b) Purchased products from Zepfix.com (offline) on a previous occasion
Non-Account holders:
We do not generally offer next day delivery for first time users of the site who have not had previous dealings with Zepfix.com or Zeppelin & Co. and wish to pay by cheque, unless an account is set up beforehand.
PLEASE EMAIL OR RING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A TRADITIONAL CHEQUE (OR BACS) 30-DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT :)
However, we can offer this service if payments are made on-line through the secure Paypal payment gateway.
Payments:
We can take payments via any of the following methods:

Paypal provides the facility to pay using major credit/debit cards.

 Delivery:
We can provide FREE  delivery  for account holders or non-account holders who pay through Paypal ordering goods with a value greater than £100.00. A specific delivery date can be requested. Deliveries are made within 3 working days.

Goods to the value of less than £100.00 are subject to a delivery fee of £8.95 and are also delivered within 3 working days.
We deliver to the UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). We can deliver anywhere else in the world if the customer pays the carriage - please ask for a quote.

Charges:
All Products are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
There are no delivery charges for orders over £100.00. The £100.00 threshold is measured on products before VAT is applied.
