Account Holders

To become classed as an account holder with Zepfix you must either have:

a) Purchased products from this site previously.
or
b) Purchased products from Loorolls.com Ltd (offline) on a previous occasion. Loorolls.com Ltd are the owners and operators of the Zepfix website.

Non-Account holders:

We do not generally offer next day delivery for first time users of the site who have not had previous dealings with Loorolls.com Ltd and wish to pay by cheque, unless an account is set up beforehand.

PLEASE EMAIL OR RING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A TRADITIONAL CHEQUE (OR BACS) 30-DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT :)

However, we can offer this service if payments are made on-line through the secure Google Checkout payment gateway.

Payments:

We can take payments via any of the following methods:

• Cheque
• BACS
• Google Checkout (Secure On-line Payments)

Paypal provides the facility to pay using major credit/debit cards.

Delivery

We can provide FREE delivery for account holders  who pay through Google Checkout ordering goods with a value greater than £100.00. A specific delivery date can be requested. Deliveries are usually made within 3 working days. We deliver to the UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). We can deliver anywhere else in the world if the customer pays the carriage - please ask for a quote.

Charges:

All Products are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
There are no delivery charges for orders over £100.00. The £100.00 threshold is measured on products before VAT is applied.
